The PABAAC at the final conference of archeomed project in Amman

The General directorate for landscape, fine arts, contemporary architecture and art (PABAAC) has been invited to The final conference of archeomed project in Amman (Jordan), next 7th and 8th September 2014.
Archeomed focuses on the development of an integrated regional policy, building on a concept of a “Mediterranean Cultural District”, with a view of promoting shared ideas and initiatives based on a single communication and marketing strategy.
“The italian Ministry of culture take part at the final conference in Amman – says Mrs Maria Grazia Bellisario, director – PABAAC- MiBACT- to promote ArcheoMedSites, project funded by the EU ENPI CBC MED 2007-2013 Programme, which leads an aggregation of partners, composed, for the part of the South shore of the Mediterranean from Tunisia (Institut National du Patrimoine) and Lebanon (Ministry of Culture), including two archaeological Superintendency of the Ministry (of Salerno, Avellino, Caserta and Benevento and of Cagliari and Oristano), the municipalities of Carbonia, Florence and Siena and scientific partners as the University of Sassari, Federculture and the NGO Ricerca e Cooperazione.”
The italian ministry of culture leads as aggregator of cultural institutions in Mediterranean basin to promote cultural heritage’s innovative management.
